
Southwest Pork Chops
Delicious and smoky pork chops that can be fried, baked, or grilled.
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Pork Chops (preferablly at least 1" thick)
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2-3 TBSP Southwest Dip Mix
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit on medium heat.
2. Rub half a Tablespoon of olive oil on each side of each pork chop.
3. Cover both sides of your pork chops in Dip Mix.
4. Place on preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Flip chops and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until internal temperature is at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe can be used in the oven. To do so, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Follow instructions above for preparing pork chops. Place chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
