Ingredients
- 1 Pouch of Southern Farm Spiced Fruit Dip Mix
- 1 9lb-10lb spiral cut ham
- 2-3 TBSP olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, empty an entire pouch of Southern Farm Spiced Fruit Dip Mix.
- Add the olive oil to the Spiced Fruit Dip Mix, until a paste forms.
- Rub ham with mixture on all sides, ensuring to rub in between each slice of the spiral cut.
- Place ham into roasting pan and roast uncovered for 2-2 1/2 hours (leaving the ham uncovered will allow the glaze to caramelize). Once ham has been roasting for 1 1/2 hours, baste with juices and continue to roast until done.
